The first time I remembered a past life, I literally died.
That’s right. I re-lived my own death.
I didn’t just see dream-like visions. I felt physical sensations. And overwhelming emotions. I re-lived the deepest despair, loneliness and emptiness you could ever imagine.
My final dying thought was pitiful: my entire life had been a total, meaningless waste.
And then something incredible happened.
I suddenly felt the profound freedom and release our souls experience when we leave the physical body and re-emerge into our spirit light. I was surrounded by radiant beings of light who knew me and loved me.
Fifteen years after re-living that death experience, I still can’t find sufficient words to describe the feeling of divine love that permeated my soul at that moment.
Obviously, this full-sensory past-life memory left quite an impression on me. The truth is it fundamentally changed the way I thought (and felt) about life and death.
Have you ever wondered about your own past lives and why you remember certain pieces of them?
In this video I share a few things about past life memories that might surprise you. After watching it, you might just start thinking differently about your past incarnations, and maybe even your future ones.
Here are the types of questions you can ask yourself about a past life recollection:
Is this memory relevant to something going on in my current lifetime?
Is there a metaphor or lesson being shown to me through this memory?
What is the message this memory is conveying to me?
When you get glimpses of your previous lifetimes, it’s not fanciful or random or weird. It’s just another part of your life experience, and I truly believe it always happens for a reason.
Your mission is simply to decipher what that reason is.
